Dark Matter are an award-winning rum distillery in Scotland. They are the first rum distillery in Scotland and they continue to experiment with science and flavours to create their spiced Rum.

Mythical Tears Spirits produce a range of craft spirits in London. Each expression takes inspiration from a mythical creature and their range includes Unicorn Tears Gin Liqueur, Mermaid Tears Vodka, Phoenix Tears Spiced Rum and Dragon Tears Whisky Spirit.

Redcastle Gin was launched in 2017, and their gin has been very succesful, most recently coming in 3rd place at the 2019 Scottish Gin Society Consumer Choice category. Their small batch gin, distilled in Angus, is a unique blend of botanicals including kaffir lime leaf and pink peppercorn.

Courtney's are a drinks brand based in an old Whiteways cider orchard, in Devon. They produce a range of products using the produce grown on their farm and in their orchards. All of their apples are hand picked, pressed and bottled within the orchard. Most recently added The Exe Gin to their range of products.
