Cheese makers and dairy goat specialist, producing a sweet, soft and delicately 'goaty' and grasy cheese, with an ice-cream like texture. Made from goat and sheep milk at the family farm in Whitesmith, East Sussex.
Set up in 2010 by husband and wife, Phil and Viv in a kitchen on a Shepperton island. Brown Bag Crisps are passionate about crisps and gently hand cook them in sunflower oil, which is naturally very low in saturated fat.
