An aromatic wine with aromas of green apple, pear and kiwi. A great alternative to aromatic white wines, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.

Lyme Bay Winery

A late dry spell in 2021 allowed us to hang the fruit for as long as possible to ensure we attained peak physiological ripeness for our house style. The Chardonnay 2021 is a blend of aromatic and non-aromatic chardonnay fruit sourced from a collection of growers in Essex where the microclimate and soil allow the grapes to achieve excellent ripeness, harvested between 31st October and 7th November 2021. Fermented in a mixture of stainless steel and oak at cool temperatures using selected Burgundy yeast strains to enhance complexity, stone fruit, floral characters and minerality. Post-fermentation there was full malolactic fermentation and extended fine lees ageing with some bâtonnage to accentuate the natural weight.

Hush Heath Estate

Named after the producer�s eldest daughter, Skye, this wine is made predominantly from the finest Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay grapes grown on Hush Heath�s 50 acres of vineyards in the heart of the Garden of England.

Stanlake Park

A lightly-oaked dry wine, rich in body and complexity, with elegant aromas of vanilla, butter and stone fruit. Kings Fum� was picked by Decanter magazine as one of the best English wines within its category.

Gusbourne

This clonal variety comes exclusively from Gusbourne's Bottom Camp vineyard in Kent and displays a truly interesting and unique profile of flavours more commonly associated with the Muscat grape.
