Redcastle Spiced Rum is made using a blend of their own disitlled Rum and Carribean Rum which results in a spiced rum, with notes of vanilla and citrus.
Salford Spiced Rum is copper column distilled in small batches before it is infused with fruits and spices, filtered and hand-bottled, into a ceramic bottle featuring a doodled map of the dockyard. The Rum is inspired by imports to the Salford Docks in the 1800s and delivers a blend of warm spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger, combined with sweet vanilla notes, a hint of maple and topped with orange and steeped fruits.
HMS Victory Navy Strength Rum is made from a blend of rums from Guyana, Trinidad and Jamaica, which are finished in casks that have a stave made from wood taken from famous Royal Navy warship, HMS Victory.
Solway Spiced Rum is made using a quality spirit made from molasses. This is then infused with several herbs and spices including the freshest root ginger and vanilla and a tiny bit of chilli to give extra spice to the background flavours.
Leith Rum is inspired by Leith's maritime history. Their rum is blended with various flavours including Madagascan Vanilla, oragne peel and various spices.
