Blencathra is a very versatile cheese as we are able to pack in both 1.5 Kg half wheels and pre-packed portions (around 200g each) and these both have a very good shelf life with a fresh flavour and slightly crumbly consistency. It is a non-rinded version of a traditional Caerphilly style cheese.

Caerfai Farm

This cheese is made to a traditional Caerphilly recipe. It is a young cheese and can be sold as young as two weeks, although a Caerphilly matured to 1-2 months has a more satisfying taste. The organic Leeks and Garlic are added just before moulding the cheese. Once out of the mould the cheese is left in a brine bath for 24 hours.

Moyden's Hand Made Cheese

Caer Caradoc cheese is based on a Caerphilly style of cheese which is matured for two to three months creating light and crumbly with a fresh lemon taste.
