A dry, fruity wine, rich and creamy with hints of brioche, good length and mousse. Made by the traditional method with carefully selected and delicately pressed Pinot Noir. Very clean and bright, with perhaps a little less red fruit than expected for a Blanc de Noirs, but lovely all the same. A fine mousse sets all the fruit off and gives a lovely mouthfeel.
Pinot Noir Précoce is a close relative of Pinot Noir that ripens very early and is particularly suited to England’s climate. It is revered for its aromatic qualities and soft tannins.
Full of black cherry and bramble fruit with a hint of red cherry and almond, our Barons Lane Red displays juicy dark fruits, tomato leaf and a smokey peppery character leading to a firm, well structured finish.
