A dry, fruity wine, rich and creamy with hints of brioche, good length and mousse. Made by the traditional method with carefully selected and delicately pressed Pinot Noir. Very clean and bright, with perhaps a little less red fruit than expected for a Blanc de Noirs, but lovely all the same. A fine mousse sets all the fruit off and gives a lovely mouthfeel.
Rich ruby crimson in colour, the nose has spicy and peppery notes. The palate is vibrant with hints of cranberry and a velvety structure leading to a savoury finish
Full of black cherry and bramble fruit with a hint of red cherry and almond, our Barons Lane Red displays juicy dark fruits, tomato leaf and a smokey peppery character leading to a firm, well structured finish.
Light ruby red in colour, this Pinot Noir has an intricate nose, aromas suggest predominantly berries and smoke, but beyond this there is sweet spice, crushed juniper leaf and suggestions of something earthy. The palate is light to medium bodied with ripe and fruity flavours and soft tannins.
Lower Alcohol 10%. Made from 100% Pinot Noir. A young, light, natural wine only fermented to the level of wild yeasts and without dosage. Wine can be ordered by telephone or email.
