The Isle of Wight Distillery have been laying down the first Island single malt whisky since 2015, brewed and distilled with Isle of Wight barley. Their spirit is maturing in oak casks for at least 3 years, and currently is not ready, but they are hoping to release their first single malt sometime in the near future.They also handcraft a range of other small batch spirits . They use local and sustainable ingredients to reflect the Isle of Wight and are committed to environmentally friendly production. They select sustainable, recyclable and biodegradable materials where possible.
