Arran Distillery is now the ony distillery on the Island of Arran, after one time being home to over fifty. Their spirit is produced to reflect a range of regional influences, yet achieves a rare and unique personality all its own. Their Single Malt whiskies are made with water from a local loch which the Distillery claims is the most pure source in Scotland.

The Jura Distillery was originally established in 1810, and then re-opened in 1963. Jura is a large, but sparsly populated Island of the West Coast and home to only 200 people. The Distillery began selling as single malt in 1974, and the range has grown steadily since.

Scapa Distillery was founded in 1885. Uniquely Scapa was fitted with a Lomond still in the 1950s, and after some adjustments is is now used as a normal wash still with the rectifying plates removed. Scapa is a single malt forged by the extreme elements of Orkney; it is a surprisingly smooth and honeyed single malt whisky, a unique tasting profile for an island malt.

Torabhaig Distillery is the Isle of Skye's second distillery and was established in 2017. The distillery is configured to produce a traditional island-style malt whisky – medium-weight and medium-peated with a long fermentation in wooden washbacks and plenty of copper interaction providing a fruit-forward spirit. It has only been operational since 2017 and their whiskies are still taking shape and will be avalible in the future.
