Penderyn Distillery was launched in 2004. The distillery has since increased its range, adding new whiskies and a number of spirits. The technology developed at Penderyn allows an extremely clean ‘flavourful’ spirit to be produced from a single still, as opposed to the multiple stills used traditionally in Scotch and Irish whisky. They use oak barrels primarily to build complexity, flavour and depth.
